Daniel Hasenfratz is an experienced international management consultant. Mr. Hasenfratz has more than 16 years of experience in the HR field. His profound knowledge about about HR strategy and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems makes him an well know consultant and project leader.
He has managed international projects in Germany, Great Britain, Netherlands, France and the USA. This experience gave him a deep understanding of intercultural behavior and international project settings. The international background helps in the daily project and consultant work to understand the issues emerge in global teams. The wide experience helps to bring good results.
He is a referee in HR expositions and trainer. His specialties are global HR strategy, processes and systems. He is delivering together with the clients HR strategy and HR concepts. He wrote and published a book on this area as well.

Education

His interdisciplinary skills came for different educations and trainings over the last years. He is an engineer in electronics, an economic engineer and in the end he made an MBA in international management consulting (MBA-IMC).
